Not really a big King fan... but this might be a good one to consider.

It does look interesting..I will try and read it first.. I do like his books.

I've had the books for a long time but haven't gotten around to reading them yet. I'll hopefully get to read them after watching the movie

Obviously, the books would be better since you can use your imagination but some of these horror / thriller books do scare the living daylights out of you, more so than the movie.
