Sweep and single tone : not the same distortion results, with same virtual loopback cable 32 bits, between 20 and 100 Hz ?

Hi,

I've not the same result of distortion with single TONE in RTA windows, and with the SWEEP : (SAME loopback 32 bits virtual cable used)

High distortion at 20 HZ with Sweep , even with a lot of headroom

but with the same loopback software 32 bits cable, if i use RTA single tone test at 20 Hz :
