(January 4, 2018) Baby it’s super cold outside and SVS is ready to back old man winter with all-new Limited Edition White Gloss versions of five popular speaker models. Beginning now, the company is offering its SB-1000 ($599.99) and SB-2000 subwoofers ($699.99), Ultra Bookshelf ($499.99/each), Prime Elevation ($249.99/each), and Prime Satellite speakers ($174.99/each) in a refreshing white finish that allows the speakers’ black drivers to pop with confidence. In addition, the company is offering Gloss White Prime Satellite and SB-2000 package deals in 2.1 ($849.99) and 5.1 ($1199.99) configurations.

The SB-1000 and SB-2000 models represent SVS’s most affordable subwoofer options, both offering impressive small to medium sized room performance without massive cabinets. And weighing 27- and 34-pounds respectively, they’re easy to manage. The more powerful of the two (SB-2000) carries a beefy 500 Watts RMS (1100 Watts peak) amp with low-frequency performance specified down to 19 Hz.

Taking physical cues from the Ultra Tower model, the Ultra Bookshelf is an unmistakable little brother to its larger sibling. It features a single rear port paired with a matching 6.5-inch composite woofer and 1-inch tweeter. The Bookshelf offers a manageable size and weight allowing it to fit on shorter surfaces, average sized speaker stands, and wall mount brackets. Performance-wise, this little dynamo is off the charts, possessing the ability to throw a massive audiophile grade soundstage.

Prime Elevation is the SVS speaker that brings immersive sound to life, while offering an insane amount of versatility because of its size and mounting system. It can be used as a stereo speaker in a two-channel or multi-channel system, mounted sideways on a wall for surround duty, hung along the edge of a ceiling for easy-to-manage Atmos placement, or affixed directly to a ceiling in a downward firing position. The speaker’s angled baffle makes it easy to direct sound toward a listening position (especially handy when hung from above).

And, last but not least, Prime Satellite delivers unparalleled bang-for-the-buck utilizing a shockingly small enclosure. It’s lifestyle design allows it to be used as a front or surround speaker, and its detailed sound capabilities make for larger than life performance.

That is very cool. Good info..

Would blend in with the following theater.. :)

That's a funny post Tripplj, but in all seriousness, gloss white is a smart move. Most people have their theaters in their living room's and often WAF is a major issue. White goes better than black in the majority of homes I would imagine. Even woodgrain is not a great finish in many homes as wood finishes have fallen out of favor somewhat.

I *believe* they've previously sold White Gloss to European customers...

Glad you liked the picture. Always like to add something extra to bring smiles to folks. lol. :)

Yeah, WAF is very critical for married guys.. It is often the first question that needs to be answered. :)

I have a set of 5 NHT Superzero speakers built in 94' that are white. I bought them that way on purpose as my living room is all white trim decorated. I plan on putting a 5.1 system install on that room and have these mounted around the room at the ceiling and will blend in easier being white.

I would buy these SVS speakers but I already have the superzero's and they sound great.

I'd buy those Ultra Bookshelf speakers without thinking twice if I were in the market and found the white appealing. They are GREAT speakers.

Funny you mention that Todd. I'm actually thinking of selling my two that are my rear speakers..... I am typing a thread up as we speak on this.

What are you replacing them with?

I'll check it out! ;-)
