Subwoofer balancing procedure

I have a virtual organ using the Hauptwerk software. The main part of the sound system is a Ikey stereo pair fed from a Ikey subwoofer. The stereo output from the sound interface is sent to the subwoofer which extracts the low frequency part of the signal from both channels and transmit the higher part to the stereo pair. Since the subwoofer emits sound from both channels, what would be the procedure in REW to balance it with the stereo pair?

You can send a full range Pink periodic noise signal to either of the channels and look at the response on the RTA using the settings below, adjust the sub level for a uniform response.
