Stranger Things - Season 4

With the real life kid actors getting on a bit in age and the the terrors in the upside-down well known, the thought went through my mind that this season might not be that good. I worried there would would be new characters introduced that wouldn’t quite work or if not, the chemistry that made it fun before would be old and stale or feel forced.

After watching the 7 installments now available, my thought is…. What was thinking? This was a fun, entertaining, fast paced watch with pretty good special effects and a much better than usually found on a tv series, sound track. LFE was active, if perhaps a teeny bit over used. Atmos seemed very well done to me and used to good effect when needed.

I’m looking forward to the season four conclusion that’s coming soon.

I think they should have played the Demogorgon character more early on and should have been more deadlier. There was a lot of potential to make it more scarier than what they gave and give it more death count to make it more terrifying.

I thought it was fantastic. They've done a great job with this series. The main characters would be my age today, so this whole thing has been a trip back to my childhood, minus the upside-down.
