Start delay time?

i have the latest version. How do i adjust the start measurement delay time. Its at 12-16 seconds. Then it starts to take a measurement. Which is way to long. Id like to turn it down to 5 seconds or off completely.

Change the Delay figure on the Measure dialog, it is next to the sample rate selector.
