(July 20, 2022) California-based Starke Sound has unveiled two new amp models locked and loaded with serious punch. Built around the company's proprietary Shielded Switched Audio Power Supply (SAPS), high-quality DC power rails, and Class D amp modules with high-frequency switching, Fiera amps are optimized to deliver ultra clean performance at both loud and real-world listening levels. This is achieved through clean, consistent power even as power mains fluctuate up and down, with design elements that minimize noise and shield output from what little stray EMI radiation is produced.

The Fiera4 ($1,499 MSRP, available now) is a 19-pound 4-channel amp with an extremely friendly footprint (5" H x 17.7" W x 13.4" D). It can be bridged for 2- or 3-channel operation, giving it the ability to run a stereo rig or play host to a home theater system's front soundstage. Overall power output is rated at 260 W RMS at 4 ohms (1ch driven) and 130 W at 8 ohms.

The Fiera8 ($1,999 MSRP, available in August) is a pure 8-channel design, offering 260 W RMS at 4 ohms.

And folks used to laugh at me for suggesting that RFI and/or EMI might be something to consider in their audiophile kit... All cables are/sound the same... All DACs should sound the same... All Amps sound the same... Except they don't...
