Soundcard did not provide any inout data from Umik-1

Hello everyone, I’m having this issue with REW and Umik-1 mic, I have a Dell laptop on Win10, since the last update I’m having this issue…..already did:
-Reinstall REW
-Checked all permissions for the Mic to work on the laptop
-Updated Java
-Checked all settings on REW to make sure all is fine

Have a Mac laptop with REW using same Mic and works fine…..don’t know what could be the issue, i would appreciate if someone can help me, please, thanks

Does it work using the non-exclusive driver (selecting the device name that doesn't start EXCL)? Are any other applications using the mic?

Yes, tried both ways….only REW using the umik mic
