Is the THD also compensated in loopback soundcard calibration?

I want to measure the harmonics of another device with a real-time analyzer. I use the behringer UMC202HD for the measurement.

No, but you can use the sine wave generator's distortion feature to reduce distortion levels in the measurement path. It is only likely to work well if the device you are measuring has unity gain or you append something to make it unity gain, since distortion compensation will only be valid for the output and input levels at which it is produced. You can generate the compensation by running the sine generator and the RTA, with the RTA configured to show the phase of harmonics. There is a button on the generator distortion controls to set them from the RTA to be in opposite phase to the distortion harmonics.
