Hi,

I have a pair of a5x's and a subwoofer connected to a Scarlett 2i2. I will be using them mainly for music listening. I am planning on taking a measurement with REW to create a filter. Is there a "good" software EQ I can use to implement the filter created by REW? Something that works system-wide??

MacOS comes with baked-in support for Audio Units (AU), and ships with a number of AU plugins. The one I use for applying REW filters is called AU N-Band EQ. It gives you up to 16 separate EQs of various types, incl. parametric. You configure the PEQs via frequency, gain and bandwidth. Any audio software that uses CoreAudio in macOS can make use of the AU plugins. I use the Audirvana player.
