Small fix

I do a lot of opening and saving files. One thing always bugs me.

The default column width for file name is too small. I find myself CONSTANTLY expanding it so I can read the file name each time. I assume it would be fairly trivial to increase the default width...? maybe remove the file type, since you can see the file extension anyways (assuming the column width is a little wider :-)

Nevermind! Looks like it was fixed in the last release.

The file chooser is a Java component that has some poor behaviour in Details view, navigating to a different folder can cause the column widths to become very narrow. It isn't trivial to fix, unfortunately, but I'll look at finding a way to deal with it.
