Room measurement feedback

Hey all,
First time poster here and I hope I have posted in the right place.
I finally set up everything in the theater and did the REW measurements and adjustments based on that feedback.
Here is my current graph. This seems somewhat reasonable to me visually but let me know how wrong I am.
Also, this is with the AVR set to 70db volume. I feel I want a bit more low end to really hit hard. Technically that seems "wrong" with my current knowledge and looking at the graph here. Any suggestions or comments/tips/RFTM?

Graph looks really good, except for the subwoofer. That sub has excellent output all the way down to 20 Hz, if not below. It must be in a really poor location to be “dead” at 40 Hz.

I had limited options for placement sadly. Would a minidsp help fix the bump at 40?

the 40hz looks like it’s being cranked up vs being dead. Am I reading this wrong?

You’re probably right about 40 Hz simply being “cranked,” now that you mention it. I could believe that given the sub in question.

EQ can certainly help, although it would need a pretty severe 10-12 dB cut to flatten 40 Hz out. That’s going to eat up a lot of headroom. You’ll just have to try it and see. If you do end up with clipping, you could simply make the cut less severe. It wouldn’t be optimal, but it would certainly still be an improvement over what you’re seeing now.

The acoustic treatments on the wall did wonders for the mids and highs. All that is clean and clear. Now I need the sub to play nicely.
