Are you using the WASAPI exclusive drivers? (device names that start with EXCL).

hi, i just did a lot of tests and with asio driver it works but with java no, why?

Did you try the EXCL device names? The interface may lock itself to the rate set by its ASIO driver and refuse other rates.
