The pink noise generated by REW's generator function is not going to the correct speakers. This is a new problem and may have started after I downloaded the latest update to REW this morning. However, I am not certain of that as I may have just noticed it since I sit around the corner from my speakers when using REW. and may just have not noticed it earlier, I have checked the "Output Mapping" function and it appears to be correct. Output 1 is L, output 2 is R, output 3 is C, output 4 is LFE, etc. BTW, I'm using Java and not ASIO. I changed the HDMI cable and output on my AVR thinking that might be the issue, but there was no change. Is there a way to upload an older version of REW? I'm not sure that is the problem, but it's worth a try. Any other suggestions? Also, if it matters, I have a 7.2.4 system, but have the configuration set to L/C/R plus SW for purposes of working on the subs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

REW's handling of output mapping has not changed for years so the version is unlikely to be a factor. Long HDMI cables can cause channel slip depending on the cable length and the HDMI output drive capability. What speaker is the signal coming from? What mode is the AVR using?
