I’m very new to the software, I’m trying to tune 2channel stereo system with full range speakers, 20-20k Freq

In the EQ module I’m using generic and a house curve.
I have Allow barrow filters and Vary max Q and use Match response to target
results shows large variations 10-15 dB target vs response 4K hz and higher

Can someone give some advice

A picture is worth a thousand words, or even better attach the mdat file with the measurement. In general, EQ above a few hundred Hz is not beneficial. What you see on the response is not the direct sound from the speaker, which is what your ears mainly pick out at higher frequencies.

The response is mostly below the target at high frequencies, and REW has been set to have no overall boost, so it won't try to raise those areas. It also will not raise anything after the last point the response drops below the target regardless of the boost setting, to avoid trying to raise responses after their natural roll-off which might over-stress drivers. Best putting your effort into the lower frequencies, below 300 Hz say, and see if you can do anything with positioning of the speakers or listening position to bring those peaks down before trying EQ. They are pretty severe.
