goodmorning everybody
yesterday I tried to take some measurements with my dac Exasound e22 (it has specific asio drivers designed by the company)
I use a umik usb mic with a calibrated file
when i open the preferences and set Rew to Asio , the dac output is recognized but I can t select any input mic
I checked online, disabled the monitors but still..
I probably understand that I should have no issue for the input if I install Asio4all, but how I manage the output with exasound asio property drivers?
start to think that a dac with asio property drivers and usb mic can t dialogue in Rew..?
didn t find any topic about on this forum and in all the web so far..
ciao grazie

ASIO requires the inputs and outputs be on the same device. ASIO4All creates a synthetic ASIO device that wraps the WDM drivers and appears as a single device to ASIO drivers. Easiest is probably to use the Java drivers, there's no measurement benefit from using ASIO drivers with a 2-channel output.
