REW doesn't detect Dutch & Dutch 8c Master - SOLUTION

I use REW on a PC running Windows 11 with a pair of D&D 8c speakers. Most of the time, REW can't find the master 8c when I connect to the network via WiFi. It works about 20% of the time, so I just got used to trying again 4 or 5 times until it works. There is an article about this problem on D&D's site, but I'm not allowed to post the link here because I'm new to this forum, so you'll have to find it via a search engine. Anyway... Yesterday, I tried almost 20 times and REW could never find the 8c master. So, I tried downgrading REW, as suggested in the D&D article, but that didn't work either.

Finally, I plugged into the ethernet switch directly (bypassing WiFi) and the problem disappeared. REW finds the master 8c every single time when using a wired connection in my setup.

I wanted to post here, in case others have struggled with this issue. Hope someone will find it valuable.
