REW Cal File Format Requirements

I just had my Earthworks M30 re-calibrated and am going to TRY and use that mic (with it's cal file) to modify the cal files of my other mics that vary some over the frequency spectrum. Between the "frequency" column and "adjustments" column there is in some cases a single space and other frequencies more spaces. Is there a standard? There seem to be two header lines above each list of frequencies? Is that required. Do the frequencies need to be in numerical sequence or can I add an adjustment at the end?

Any other guidance on how to accomplish what I am trying to do would be appreciated?

The cal file format is detailed in the help. Frequencies must be in ascending order.
