REW 64-bit windows - "installation file is corrupted"

Hello all,

Any suggestions on the error I'm getting trying to install REW? I do have 64-bit version of the OS, installed Java 8 and tried downloading several times at multiple times during the course of the day. Even attempted to install as administrator. Any suggestions? Error is below:

That message is only shown if the file is damaged or incomplete, so looks like a problem downloading the file.
