Review of HBO "Westworld" Request

Just saw news that the HBO series "Westworld" will be released Nov 7 on disc..

Per hd-report,

"Season 1 of the HBO series Westworld will release to disc on November 7, and along with conventional Blu-ray and DVD formats will come a 6-disc 4k Ultra HD Limited Edition in special metal case. This is the first HBO Original Series to be released to 4k Blu-ray, and the first fictional TV series (that we know of) to be scheduled for the high resolution format. Westworld will also feature High Dynamic Range (HDR) specifications that improve the color depth, contrast and detail of the 2160p video"

Here's a quick review…it was great so watch it! Seriously though it was a very cerebral and thought provoking series.

Thanks. I don't have HBO so I always have to catch their stuff outside of their channel via Amazon Prime or their discs.

I loved it. Especially when I saw the Yul Brynner in I believe episode 5 or 6. I watched the original movie many moons ago and thought it was pretty cool. Was pretty happy HBO decided to do this series.

Yeah, so far, I have heard good reviews via word of mouth.. Waiting for final confirmation from our own movie/tv show expert.

For the most part anything HBO puts out is going to be good. There are exceptions however such as Girls which I wasn't a fan of. Game of Thrones might be the best series of all time IMO and I'm going to hate seeing it end. Ballers is another I enjoy but this season isn't quite on par with what it had been.

I agree that it is worth watching. A little slow at times and many people found the plot very confusing.
