Questions about measuring frequency response corrected for ambient sound

I would like to measure the frequency response after correcting for ambient sound pressure levels.
Where can I calibrate the ambient sound?
 
Do you mean that you want to subtract the background in some way? That isn't possible, sorry. For a meaningful result the signal you are measuring should be at least 10 dB above the background. Typical room background levels are around 40 - 50 dB so typical measurement levels of 75 dB or so generally give very good results.
