INDIANAPOLIS, IN — 12.21.2023 — Premium Audio Company (PAC), an innovative provider of premium audio solutions, proudly announces the promotion of Vincent Bonacorsi to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Vincent has been an integral part of PAC’s growth and success since 2007, an illustrious tenure that has culminated in this promotion to further strengthen PAC’s operational excellence.

Vincent’s longstanding commitment and invaluable contributions to PAC underscore his deep understanding of the company’s ethos, culture, and vision. His appointment as COO is a testament to his unwavering dedication and remarkable leadership skills, which have significantly impacted PAC’s trajectory.

With 16 years of global finance and market development experience, he is well prepared to lead PAC into the future. Vincent will guide operational efficiency for a diverse portfolio of premium audio brands including Klipsch, Onkyo, Pioneer, Integra, and Jamo.

“This promotion is not just a career milestone for me,” said Bonacorsi; “it’s a testament to the incredible synergy within our team and the collective dedication we bring to advancing our shared vision. Our achievements are a reflection of the passion, expertise, and tireless efforts that define us as a company. About Premium Audio Company
Established in 2020, Premium Audio Company is the most innovative, complete, and premium audio solutions provider in consumer technology. We connect people to their passion for entertainment. Premium Audio Company includes some of the most legendary and revered brands — Klipsch, Jamo, Onkyo, Integra, Pioneer, Elite, Magnat, and Heco. Premium Audio Company, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ: VOXX).

Interesting how several companies are grouped up under various holding/parent companies.

Klipsch, Jamo, Mirage, ProMedia, Magnat, Heco, Mac Audio, Onkyo, Pioneer, Pioneer Elite, Integra, Teac and Esoteric all seem to fall under PAC, unless they've sold some of them off recently.

I noticed back in 2021 they partnered with Sharp to purchase Onkyo.

Yes. Sharp owns the manufacturing facility in Japan. PAC is in charge of design/ and distribution.

To add a twist, Onkyo, Pioneer, Elite, and Integra all fall under 11 Trading Company, which is owned by PAC.
