Possible to Output Windows PC Audio to Pioneer Headunit via USB (REW)?

Hi folks. I am wanting to tune my car audio system using Room EQ Wizard (REW) running on my Windows PC. I do not have an analog aux input installed in the car and am wondering if there is a way to connect my PC via USB to the Pioneer AVH-4100NEX USB ports, and output sound to the headunit that way. I have tried USB1 and USB2 on the pioneer HU and played with the Pioneer Menu options (Android Auto, CarPlay, etc.) and no combination seems to result in a USB device being recognized on the PC. Is there perhaps a Windows driver coupled with one of the Pioneer menu options that would work? Has anyone successfully done this? Thank you.

Probably easier to save the test signal to a file and use file playback.
