Only one high frequency timing 'beep' I used to have two !?

Any idea why I seem to only have one 'beep' at the start of a sweep I used to have two, I reloaded the software recently and foolishly wiped my settings, I was using acoustic timing reference,

There is only a timing signal at the end of the sweep if you select the Analysis option to "Adjust clock with Acoustic ref".

Oh dear I am stuck again I seem to be unable to get anything to now with any combination. is there a guide for all settings when using HDMI ?
