No response above 200

I have the Focusrite 2i2 and the Dayton EMM-6 on a beast of a PC...
all audio is routed through the Focusrite and onboard sound card is disable in windows 10
I am having a problem of not registering above 200Hz
during the test there is literally no sound coming from the speakers after that level either
Where do I start to look for the issue?

The start and end frequencies of the measurement are set on the Measurement dialog. The low signal level may be due to selecting the wrong input channel, i.e. not the one the mic is connected to.
