No pink noise signals

Can’t get REW to provide a pink noise signal for measurements- noise button is greyed out. Sweeps work, but are not needed. Strange thing since pink noise measurements worked when I tried them few weeks ago with different LS but same set-up otherwise.

My system is a Mac Airbook running MacOs 11.1 with a headphone cable connected to my KEF LSX Speakers. Measurements with a Umik-1 Microphone. REW is V5.20 (up to date).

What am I doing wrong?

Noise measurements have not been implemented, as the tooltip shows if you hover the mouse over the button. If you want to capture responses to noise signals use the generator to produce them (periodic noise is best) and the RTA to view and save the response.
