(September 29, 2022) NextLevel Acoustics maximized their CEDIA appearance by debuting a new line of Reference Cinema Loudspeakers. Each speaker features two eight-inch carbon-cone woofers, a 4x4 compression-horn tweeter, and a proprietary high-transfer controlled-dispersion crossover. All this housed in an inert, sealed 13”x 25.5” in-/on-wall cabinet with a backbox design. These speakers are ideal for LCR and surround placement in medium-to-large rooms.

The Reference Cinema speakers are designed by NextLevel Acoustics head of manufacturing and engineering, John Sollecito. Sollecito is widely-known for his JSE Infinite Slope™ speaker. The line was demoed in a 9.2.6 system along with NextLevel Acoustics' 18-inch High Velocity subwoofers, powered by Trinnov processing and amplification. With their advanced internal components, compact footprint, and in- and on-wall placement flexibilities, these speakers are a prime example of how professional cinema-grade sound can now more easily be integrated into the home.
