Started this series on Netflix the other day. It's not the best series out there but it isn't that bad either. I'd give this one 7/10.

I tried to watch it... but it wasn't doing anything for me really. It will likely be a fall back show when I have nothing else to watch.

That's how I'm feeling about a lot of the new stuff lately. Not much that's memorable. Be they series or new movie releases.

same here. It's a trend for Netflix originals. I'm at the point where I'm considering dropping Netflix completely for better services (I get way more Hulu and HBOmax play time anymore). If it wasn't for waiting for the second half of Lucifer S5 I would have cancelled already (1 more week!!!)

I.Will.Not.Watch.Yet.Another.Super.Hero.Movie.Or.TV.Show.

Completely fed up.
And Marvel and co. are in production for about 25 new ones in the coming year?
I'm dying for a movie with a good story, and mostly that does not involved actors in skin-tight-fake-muscles and cape outfits.

Thank you for the juxtaposition of this post with your handle. The irony gave me quite the laugh this morning!

King Arthur's knight never wore a lycra suit or cape....
I quite enjoyed John Boorman's Excalibur when it came out in 1981. Still have the original poster. I saw it's worth a couple of bucks these days.

Really, can't wait. I'm so tired of Covid chick flixs of the last year.
Bring on some Marvel heros, some StarWars and StarTrex. The kind of stuff I spent all the money on my HT for.
Really kool Atmos starship flyovers, helicopters and jets fighting Kong and Godzilla, huge 17hz explosions, etc.
It's time to have some fun again.

I think you took this too seriously. I was more meaning that bashing Marvel was interesting given the fact that Parcevel is a mythical hero standing on the side of good, similar to super heros today. Marvel's roots are grounded in things such as Arthurian legend and then blending in current issues and anxiety.

No worries.

I was actually fine with the early offerings of superheroes... I enjoyed the IronMans, and a few others after that...it was fine when they had 3 or 4 hero movies a year.
Now we are bombarded with TV shows, movies, games, etc... 25 new shows a year is too much for me, I have a superhero overdose!

It's like studios think the only way to make money and movies these days is to have someone with a flashy uniform and superpowers.

I think I'm right behind you. Maybe wait till there's at least a few good things to watch and then re-activate.
Sorry! I misunderstood you! I meant the show was cancelled. I’m not ready to get rid of Netflix. Got quite a few more series to fire up on there.

I keep thinking some of the good shows will come back on, but it's pretty slim right now.
