I am brand new to REW and not a very technical person at all when it comes to understanding all of this audio measurement stuff. I've installed REW V5.20.14 on my PC, loaded the UMIK-2 calibration file when it detected my mic, and selected "Dutch & Dutch 8C" as the default equalizer in the preferences tab, but REW is not detecting the 8C's on my network. I've tried connecting to them both hardwired via ethernet cable to same switch the 8C's are connected to and via WiFi, but neither method works. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing when I go into the measurement tab and select "Playback: 8C." The "room," "profile," and "speaker" drop down tabs are not populated with anything. I contacted D&D whose engineers said they don't see any issues with my 8C's and that the problem appears to be on the REW side of things.
