I saw some good football, but a lot of untested teams as well. These next few weeks will give us a better picture. Ole Miss looked stout... and may give Bama all they want and then some. A bit disappointed in Michigan and our Troy Trojans down here in Troy, AL.

Texas lost again in their first game (same like last year against the same team - Maryland) of the season.. So much for the hype. lol.

Yeah... I thought Texas was going to be a much better team this year, but I guess they still have some work to do.

I’m hoping Missouri can take another step forward this year. We’re returning some good talent on both sides of the ball. Drew Lock and Terry Beckner Jr could both go in the 1st round of the NFL draft. SEC as usual looks loaded.

I tell ya... the SEC looks brutal this year. Missouri looks very dangerous... LSU is coming along much better this year... Ole Miss is putting up a lot of points... Miss State is looking stellar... Kentucky put it on Florida and looked really good doing it... Auburn looks like they could be at the top... and look at how well TA&M played Clemson... they could have won that game shy of a few mistakes. While Bama looks good too, I find it hard to believe we can beat every one of these teams... and we play everyone of them except Kentucky. And if we do well enough to even get to the SEC championship game, it could be Georgia on the other side, who is also smokin' hot. That Georgia vs Missouri game in a couple of weeks is going to be a good one.

Huge game today for Missouri as we host #2 Georgia. If we want to be relevant in the SEC this year we gotta make this a game. It should be a high scoring game on both sides and I see 30-40 points by each team. Just keep it close with a chance to win late.

Georgia’s performance in a 43-29 victory over Missouri was impressive.

Yeah, we shot ourselves in the foot repeatedly throughout the game. Georgia was the better team though and it showed.

Well we squeaked by TA&M... in comparison to our first 3 games ... still lots of room for improvement on the defensive side of things.

How about them Kentucky Wildcats... and what?... Old Dominion? You gotta be kidding me.

Cincinnati is in the top 25 with a 6 and 0 record now at number 25 spot.

Go Cincinnati... they are indeed playing some good football. They have a couple of games on down the road that will no doubt test them... USF and UCF. If they beat both of those guys and win out, they will no doubt be in the top 10 and will be in many discussion tables.

How about them Longhorns... I have to say I was shocked. I was expecting the Sooners to whoop them handily and that obviously didn't happen. I am glad to see Tom Herman doing well... as I like him for some reason.

8 SEC teams in the top 25... and as usual, those outside of the top 2 keep beating up on each other within the conference.

We must not have that many college football fans that like to talk smack.

My wife is from Kentucky. At least that game might be entertaining later on.

Spent the entire weekend in the listheatering room and didn't catch any college football this weekend. Maybe a few plays of the cocktail party game as I was walking thru the great room.

Big game coming up between Bama and LSU... oughta be a goodun.
