Very nice looking space. Simple and elegant.
How did you come to putting the subs on shelves?

Thanks for the comment. The room, as well as being small, has a fairly lightweight suspended wooden floor, and the subs on the floor were a nightmare and excited every resonance they could find! The wall is solid, so the T/T and subs are hung off it so that only the air moves! The Harbeths are on squashballs to isolate them from the floor too. I listen to just about every style of music so I wanted a genuine reproduction of the recorded sound. It really is a revelation to hear the difference between good and poor recordings. The shelves are from Apollo in the UK.
