REW 5.20 Beta 56, UMIK-1, AVR MV -10db (65db), REW level -12 dBFS, all speakers levels set, single sub, Dynamic EQ off

New to REW and UMIK-1 but have the following query, with MV at -10db (65db) and I do a LFE sweep, the response has peaks and troughs from 80db to 103db as seen attached. This is before any Audyssey runs or miniDSP changes. Is that expected to be much higher than the MV? When trying to EQ, what should the target level be if using a flat curve, approx 82db? Thank you

The LFE channel receives an additional 10 dB gain in the processor. I'd set the target close to 87 dB for that measurement.

Still new to this but then would that mean the eq filters would add boosts to the troughs which I thought is not good to do?
