I have 6 microphones with an audio interface that i use for measurements. But when i show all spl meter to calibrate microphones i only see 5 spl meters.Am i missing any settings?

There are 4 SPL meters. You can calibrate individual inputs using the first SPL meter by choosing each input in turn as the first input on the soundcard preferences. Make sure that the "Separate cal for each input" option is selected on the Cal files preferences entry for the input device.
