MiniDSP with house EQ causing null

I am a new to REW and MiniDSP.I have attached subs response individually and then after aligning. Red is the combined sub.Also attached is dip at 80-90hz after applying the house curve in to miniDSP(green). MiniDSP set to default without any PEQ or crossover. Any help is appreciated. Wondering is the miniDSP is broken or not

I did the room EQ and match response to target. Then saved the filter from REW and uploaded to miniDSP HD.

Probably best if you show the EQ window and the filter settings then, preferably screen captures as they are a lot clearer than photos.

Found the issue. I was moving around the subs and by mistake I connected the cable in the sub out instead of sub in. I am all set and now planning to run Audyssey. Will then use the app to avoid Audyssey from managing the Subs.
