Mini dsp x 24 (no hd) Connection

Hi

i am trying to Connect my mini dsp to my avr and in the guide it tells me to unplug avr sub 1 cable and Connect the cable to mini dsp in 1 and thats what im doing.
But there is no sound from my sub (jamo 210)
Should i Connect another RCA cable in output 1 on the mini dsp output aswell?

Also should i have a RCA cable connected to sub 1 output in the avr when runing mini dsp 2x4?

Yes! Both in and out must be connected.
