Menus?

Sonnie and I have been talking about consolidating the menus a bit. Any suggestions? It came from the complaint that on smaller screens you lose the ones on the right and have to hover over the dots to see them, particularly annoying when it is the tools menu that you are looking for.

Seems to me that STAFF. GALLERY, DOWNLOADS could probably be moved around.

Could STAFF go on the Forums drop down? Perhaps move Downloads or Gallery to Tools?

Well, I don't think users see the Staff menu at all, and I was mostly concerned about the average user trying to navigate the forum.

Perhaps there's a way to fold together Downloads into Tools? Gallery into Members?

Yea, downloads seems to be a good candidate to move into the Tools menu.

I think we have it pretty much fixed now. We want to keep Downloads easily seen for the sake of REW downloads.

I like the organization. One thing we need to add is a recent posts and/or a today's posts link.

I haven't seen a Today's post... or Recent either, but if you click on New Posts it is going to show you the most recent posts first which will also be today's post. It basically serves the same purpose.
