I just watched this documentary at French / German TV channel 'arte'. Recommended for everybody who is interested in how it's made when Star Wars or Lost in Translation are created. You might watch some movie classics in a different way afterwards.
ARTE media library is probably geo tagged for Germany and France only, but the documentary should be available on other platforms also.
