Hello,
all i wanted is to boost my system's volume after the update to windows 10, cause the volume is low.
I downloaded Eqaulizer APO from sourceforge which told me i need room equalizer then room equalizer told me i need some .net java thing which i downloaded, and now i just wanna boost my system volume and i have absolutely no idea what to do, totally lost, any idea?

If you just want to raise the volume right click the volume icon in the task bar and select Open volume mixer. There are volume controls for individual applications and an overall control.

theyre set to full on all applications, something's wrong with the drivers i think, i tried updating them, useless, so i need a volume booster, one that would artificially increase the system volume, thought an equalizer can do that

EQ is unlikely to provide a fix. This might help:
open the Sounds Control Panel, then under the "Communications" tab, change the "reduce volume...." setting to "Do Nothing"
otherwise try the suggestions here.
