I have had an LG 55 E6 OLED in the bedroom for a number of years but never wanted one in the main room for fear of "burn-in"

Since I haven't been following the burn-in progression for some time, has the problem disappeared or is it there?

I would love an OLED in the main room but because of my wife's viewing habits, I do not want to take a chance

How would you compare the 95K to the Z9J?

The X95K is a very nice upgrade from the well respected X95J. Here's a few of the advantages with the X95K:

1. The X95K panel is a new 2022 MiniLED, vs. the X95J full array backlit
2. The X95K will have Sony's Backlight Master Drive
3. The X95K will have the 2nd generation XR processor that will be retuned to best control the new MiniLED and exploit all of the dynamic tonal range of the new brighter and blacker MiniLED panel, and will also have a new advance algorithm for improved HDT tone mapping.
4. The X95K's built-in audio is improved.
5. The X95K will come with Sony's new all metal back-lit remote control, which is the same new premium remote control that will be included with the Z9K and A95K QD OLED TVs.

With all this said, the current sale prices on the X95J are the lowest of the year and the X95K will launch moderately higher.

Here's the big news, starting tomorrow we'll be shipping 77C2PUA, 65C2PUA, and 55C2PUA from LG's 6 warehouse fulfillment warehouses across America and from our Scarsdale NY store that will have the 55", 65" and 77" C2 and 77G2 on display in our showroom. One week later, the week of March 21st, we'll have LG's 77G2 Gallery Series in stock and on display in our showroom.

Suite me fine, too. My projection screen is 92” so an OLED 97 is an upgrade in every way other than it being a reflected picture, which I find more natural. I’m willing to trade for the deeper blacks and a way better HDR picture. I’ve got some time to wait for a post early adopter price. only 200 hrs on the bulb and a fresh calibration to go with it.

An 83” would probably work well for me too. Those prices have already become very reasonable.

Tha day we get an affordable 100" OLED I'll be packing up the projector! My hunch is it may not be that much longer - maybe another couple years. I can squeeze that much more out of my 5050ub.

hi @Robert Zohn . Great fan of your work! Two quick questions:

1. What is the deal with the LG G2 97" pricing and availability? Previously you mentioned that the price would be available end of April. It's obviously been delayed but wondering if you could share any additional info on that
2. I've heard mixed things on the wall mount capability of the LG Z2 88". Has LG confirmed that it will be wall mountable? If so, will it be a separate purchase (VESA standard) or will it come with a standard one from LG?

No final official price on the 97" G2 at this time, but it's scheduled to launch by the end of October 2022.

The 88Z2 is wall mountable. Not sure if the wall mount will be built-in or if you will need to purchase the wall mount. LG is giving us the fist 88Z2 that is scheduled to ship the week of June 19th (Father's Day)!
