JVC is hosting a launch press conference, Sept 6 at CEDIA. I’ll be there to scoop the news... but I’m curious to see what everyone thinks they’ll announce?

My guess is:

1) all projectors in the sub $10k range will have incrementally better brightness and a new tweaked version of 4k eShift.

2) JVC will roll out a second - cheaper - laser projector that lands in the $15-$17k price range.

Here's a little hint (perhaps a glimpse of a new front end)

Cheaper and $15-17K range? OOF! Ive been eyeing projectors and ways to implement one in my multi purpose room but at that price it’s a deal breaker.

Remember: their first laser PJ was in the $30K range.

JVC's primary D-ILA projectors run in the $4K-$9K range (I'm sure they're refreshing that entire line, too)

Don't know what JVC has planned but I do know that Epson will be announcing two new models.

Just got a letter from JVC HQ, Japan saying the new NX5, NX7 and NX9 are now in mass production!
