Issues DL REW on dell laptop with Windows 10 OS

My latest friendly update has rendered my REW un usable. I have un installed the app and reinstalled it numerous times...i get an error message.."jaVA.lang.reflect.Invocation.TargetException occured during startup.

Help Please. I love this App. Thanks In advance
