Initial Room Measures

Hey Guys!

This is my first post here. I'm trying to improve my current mixing room on a home studio and I did my first measures with Smaart using pink noise and REW with the sweep. I did the measurement with the mic on the sweet spot pointing up and both speakers at the same time (I followed some tutorials but I'm not sure if that's the correct way to do it).

The room has no treatment so I'm thinking about buying some bass traps to try to solve the issues below 200hz shown on the Smaart curve. REW gives me some more information on waterfall and RT60 and I think it shows some trouble around 315hz but I don't really know how to read these graphics. If anyone can help or give me a link where I can learn more I would appreciate.
