Increasing number of measurements allowed

Hi, I have been looking for where I can increase the number of measurements in a file. Pretty sure I saw this once, but can't find where this is set?

You can change the number of measurements REW can contain in the View preferences. You can't change the number of measurements in a file but you can load the file into REW along with any other measurements you want to save together and then save all of those to a file.
