How to get on display of the pointed arrow?

Been trying to find how to make that graph on green arrow appear on my REW display.Can someone tutor me?Thank you
 
Presumably that is a target response, which can be configured in the EQ window target settings and saved as a measurement using the "Generate measurement from target shape" action at the bottom of the target settings pane.
