REW Beta Release How to do multi-input capture?

I bought a REW pro license recently but am having trouble getting the multi-input capture to work and was hoping someone could point out what I'm doing wrong.
I am using an ASIO device, and have multiple inputs selected:

If I configure the measurement window like this it only saves one measurement:

If I configure it with sequential channel measurements then it does save two, but I was under the impression that the pro upgrade allowed for actual simultaneous capture, and also with this config nothing plays through the output on the 2nd measurement:

I'm on the latest REW beta, could anyone point me to what I need to reconfigure?

Click the input configuration button on the Measure dialog (lower right) and select the option to save inputs to individual measurements.
