Hi everyone,
I need help.
I would like to measure my room with a Focusrite Solo with a Behringer ECM 8000 microphone.
I need to create a connection to my Hi-Fi receiver (no hdmi , just cinch).
What connection cable do I need? 2 RCA auf Twin Jack 6,35 mm?
What is irritating to me is that in REW I need to say if it is the left or right channel but I connect both with the cable I mentioned above.
Could you please help me out what cable would be helpful? Is it sufficient to measure left and right speaker together and is this independent of the cable I choose?

I hope you can help me out.

Make sure Direct Monitor is turned off on the Solo. Two 6.35mm jack to RCA cables will let you connect left and right outputs to the left and right channels of an input on your receiver. Measure each speaker separately.

Thank you. Is a soundcard calibration necessary? Because I don’t know what loop cable to use in my case.

It isn't necessary, but make sure monitoring is off. Tapping on the mic should not produce any output from the speakers.
