Hi all, there's no denying it, I am ‘audiophile’ I’ve always been fascinated by the equipment and process of reproducing music and have built most all of my amps, speakers, record decks and everything but the DAC over the years. I’m a guitarist and make my own guitars, amps and pedals.

I have only just come across REW, I know, I’ve been living under a rock, but I have believe that it may just be able to help me identify a nasty ‘spike’ in my room which due to an accident a while back has left me with some hearing problems that, at certain frequencies cause real pain, like someone poking you in the ear with a pencil!
