Help! I can't upload from REW to miniDSP

I'm trying to upload my first EQ file from REW. I select the "save filter coefficients to file" option and the "All files" option (rather than text) and save this on my desktop. I then go to the miniDSP device console and select "import" but the window that pops up on my desktop is greyed out so I can't select anything to import.

I'm on a MacBook, if that makes any difference.

You need to select "Advanced mode" on the PEQ page and click the "Menu" button at the top right, then you will see a Load Biquads File option.
