Help getting started with REW, on RME Fireface uc

Frankly, I'm quite skeptical if any success is at all possible using these soundcards ( due to all the documented problems which includes some recent threads posted here at AV NIRVANA ).

You're better off getting a UMIK-1 usb mic and totally avoiding RME and all it's problems.

TotalMix might complicate things if someone is using that, but I've not had any issues using an RME ADI-2 Fs Pro. It has excellent performance and is very well suited for measurement use.
