Harry Potter 8 Film Collection on Amazon

I recently purchased this on Amazon and received it about a week and a half later (yes I ordered it on Prime and it was supposed to be here in two days). I finally got around to entering the digital code into Vudu only to find out that the copy sent to me is not for my region. Man I am steamed! If you ever see something from Shopville USA on Amazon, steer clear!

You should notify them and possibly Amazon and make a complaint. Per Amazon website, Shopville USA has a very high rating (4.9)...So, I am sure they can work with you on this..

Agreed with @tripplej Contact the seller asap so they can correct it for you. They most likely scrambled to source your order hence the delay and the incorrect region.

They have a very high rating overall, the last couple months it's only so-so. There's actually an uptick in complaints over this seller.

I contacted the seller immediately and have yet to hear back. I find it a bit odd that a seller in Montana is selling discs that are not for our region.

I wonder if they just simply mixed up the version and mailed you the wrong discs, human error so to speak. Anyways, if no response, complain with amazon.

When you contact the seller they have 2 days to reply. Today was their last day to reply before I go to Amazon. Filed a request for a refund/replacement from Amazon. To be honest I'm not expecting the best as the most current review of this seller states

"This company will not issue a refund after I returned the item according to their rules. They do not respond."

I'll give it 2 more days and then I'll just go get it at Best Buy and dispute the charge with my bank.

That is very strange. Typically, resellers on amazon want to keep the positive reviews. Guess they are having internal issues, possibly...

yeah, if anything, go to best buy and get a copy and dispute the charge...

After 5 days Amazon refunded me the amount of the purchase, taxes and shipping. The original seller finally reached out to me today after this resolution and refunded me an extra $5 so that I would remove the bad review of them. No chance!

On the plus side I do have a copy of this collection for a different region. I'm guessing it's France as a lot of the writing on the box is in French.
